Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to provide any justification.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with its original packaging and labels.
- The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- Returns of items that have not been previously requested will not be accepted.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact info@blackbork.es indicating your order number and reason.
Once accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.
4. Return Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Timeframe and Verification
Products must be returned within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal.
We will review the condition of the product within 7 business days of its receipt.
8. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
9. Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
