Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with its original packaging and tags.
  • It will be necessary to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns of items without prior request will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact info@blackbork.es with your order number and reason.

Once accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part.

5. Damages and Problems

Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

6. Changes

The quickest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

7. Term and Verification

Products must be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal.

We will review the product's condition within 7 business days of receiving it.

8. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
  • If so, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 calendar days , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue your refund.

9. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
