Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for customized products, unsealed items for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, or items with a near expiry date.

3. Conditions for Return
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging and labels.

4. Return Procedure
Contact [email protected] providing your order number and reason. You will receive return instructions.

5. Return Period
You must return the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal.

6. Product Verification
We will check the product condition within 7 business days of receipt.

7. Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method within 14 days from acceptance of the return.

8. Refund Retention
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.

9. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

10. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by a legal warranty of 3 years under RDL 1/2007.
