- Cart confirmation.
- Secure payment via Stripe.
- Order confirmation by email.

7. Prices, Errors, and Secure Payments
- All prices include VAT.
- Payment via Stripe and supported methods (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- If there is a clear pricing error, it will be communicated, and the full amount will be refunded.
- We do not store card data. Stripe complies with PCI-DSS.

8. Invoicing
Invoices will be sent electronically to the provided email. You can request a paper invoice by contacting [email protected].

9. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping only within Spain.
- Delivery time: 3 business days.
- Delivery hours: 9:00 to 20:00 (business days).
- No deliveries on public holidays.
- Up to 2 delivery attempts; after that, the package is returned.
- The customer must be present or authorize someone to receive it.

10. Transfer of Risk
Risk transfers to the customer once the carrier delivers the product.

11. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to withdraw.

12. Legal Warranty
- 3 years for new products.
- Report defects within 2 months.
- Presumption of defect during the first 2 years.

13. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
We are not liable for breaches due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
