- Shipping time: 2-3 business days from order confirmation.
- Tracking: All orders include a tracking number so you know where your package is at all times.
Deliveries are made through trusted courier companies.
- Delivery times: Monday to Friday, during business hours.
- Delivery address: You can indicate the address you prefer (home, work, etc.).
- Incidents: If you are not at the indicated address, the courier will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a refund or exchange.
